In the first bar of this section of 'Ex Wives' it contains the 3 beats, the second bar also has 3 beats and then bars three and four each contain 4 beats in them.

Then on the next line of bars, bar one consists of 5 beats, bar two has 4 beats, then bar three and four  have 3.

And the last line of bars for this section, bar 1 has 3 beats in it, then the second bar also has 3.

A full pulse note lasts for 4 counts, and a half pulse note lasts for 2 counts.
